A 50 year old female is presented to OPD with chief complaints of shortness of breath and bipedal edema since 8 months. HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS-: Patient was apparently asymptomatic 3 years back then she developed severe headache and went to nearest hospital and was diagnosed with hypertension.
